Green smoothie is perfect for any age, even a baby! I feed green smoothie to my baby from 6 months old to now. I put pretty much any vegetables in it along with fruits and seeds, I notice some vegetables are ideal for smoothie. They are cucumber, spinach, carrot, celery, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, Hawaiian Spirulina, romaine lettuce, and many other. I would always strongly encourage you to choose organic vegetables and fruits to make green smoothie. In additional, I also like to add SunWarrior (organic protein powder) to make the texture more smooth and delicious!
